Ryan Duck is the Open Arms Employee Assistance Program Specialist whose primary responsibility is to serve the behavioral health and wellness needs of employees, employers and their family members. Ryan is also responsible for coordinating, designing, and presenting employee training seminars and provides consultation to supervisors on a wide range of issues that impact employee performance and productivity.
Ryan has a diverse counseling background. He has worked as a NYC probation officer and has counseled teenagers and their families as a Family Specialist/Court Liaison in the Nassau County PINS Diversion program. Ryan holds a Master's of Science in Education with a specialization in School Counseling from Hofstra University and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mental Health Counseling also from Hofstra. He received his Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Scranton. Lastly, he is a huge baseball fan - Go Phillies!
Ryan is very excited to be a part of the LICADD team and is committed to helping EAP clients successfully tackle the messiness of life.
