Employee Assistance Program

LICADD's EAP Grows!

LICADD staff provides companies, unions & school districts with an excellent method of identifying and assisting employees or members who may be having serious personal problems that affect their ability to perform at work or enjoy quality of life. Alcohol or other drug dependence is one prominent example. Not only does such a contractual arrangement represent a substantial stop loss investment for an organization, but the fee for purchasing the EAP/MAP service is channeled back to the community via other aspects of LICADD's mission. It's a win-win connection.

LICADD's EAP works with numerous businesses, unions & school districts. The program provides confidential assessment and referral services to employees and their immediate family members. Please contact Bruce Till at 516-747-2606 for more information.
